SPA POLICIES


Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Creative Aesthetics works by appointment only. Our hours will vary per provider. Online booking is available under the “Book Now” tab in the navigation. Should you arrive early and your provider is still in a service, please have a seat and make yourself at home.

Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Check or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment. All returned checks will have a $30 return fee.

Cell Phones: We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your “very soft spa voice” once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call, so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Cancellation Policies and Fees: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification could be charged in full for the scheduled service and will be required to pay a deposit of ½ the cost of the service in order to reschedule.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Prices and Services: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur, but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased directly from our website, at the spa or by phone at 502.495.3210. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. All sales are final. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Series of Treatment/Packages: All packages are non-refundable. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.

Product Return Policy: While our goal at Creative Aesthetics is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. I work with my clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from Creative Aesthetics, we welcome your slightly used product for a full return within 14 days if it did not work for you. You have 30 days to exchange or receive a spa credit. However, if you have not received a treatment or consultation from Creative Aesthetics prior to purchasing a product, we are sorry to say that we cannot accept any returns (used or unused). All makeup sales are FINAL.

Shipping Policy: We realize your life is crazy sometimes, so we are here to help. Need products? Too busy? No problem! Creative Aesthetics will ship them to you. Just call or email us what you need. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking between 2-3 business days from shipping date within the United States. There is a flat fee $9.95 for up to two items and $13.75 for three items or more. 

Right of Refusal: Creative Aesthetics has the right to refuse an appointment or client should we feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or staff to perform any given treatment.
